We are the only vendor that offers true software licenses.
Our competitors require you to sign a contract that locks you in to a financial
commitment for an extended period of time. We think that's a bad way to do
business. We use licenses, not contracts, meaning that you are never obligated
to use our product or pay us money (after the initial fee); instead, we are obligated
to provide excellent products and service to keep you happy.
Remember, calling a contract a "license" does not make it a license. If you
are financially obligated or locked in any any way, you are being locked into a
contract, not purchasing a license. Why would you want to get handcuffed by
a contract rather than purchasing a true license? You wouldn't.
We offer several types of licenses, designed to fit your business model and market
size:

- ATS vendor licenses
- ASP vendor licenses
- Staffing/recruiting company licenses
- Corporate HR department licenses
- Licenses for startups and development stage companies
We do not sell any "metered" service because we believe that paying per-resume
or per-transaction fees is unfair to you, the customer. Why should you be penalized
for growth? Why should you have to pay a per-resume charge for the vast majority
of resumes that are from applicants that you will neither hire nor place?
Why should you have to track and disclose your resume volume to ANYONE? Why
should you have to pay to re-parse a resume? Well, we think you shouldn't
have to.
We do not offer "hosting", because hosting benefits the vendor but not the customer.
Our software does not crash or hang or need to be rebooted daily (ever), and we
therefore have no need to hide our Parser on machines that we can see but you cannot.
There are unmitigatable security and stability risks associated with sending resumes
(which you do not "own") to another third party (who is owned by a staffing company)
to be "processed". We have no need to spy on your usage, because we don't
charge per resume. You can install our web services on your servers in 15
minutes.
If you want to parse 1,000,000 resumes today, go ahead. One of our customers
parsed 2,500,000 resumes in a single day. Their variable cost was $0.00, because
our licenses are never priced on usage. That same cusomer has seen its resume
flow almost triple since implementing our Parser into their online application process,
yet they do not have to pay us any more money today than they did when they started.
We think that's a better way to do business: you should benefit from your growth,
not be penalized for it.

Pricing F.A.Q.
Q. Do you charge per resume?
A. Absolutely not. Life's too short. There are no volume limits
or per-resume-parsed fees. We feel strongly that charging per-resume fees is an inappropriate pricing model because most resumes do not generate any revenue for the recruiter. Recruiters should not be penalized for gathering resumes.
Q. What is the minimum contract length?
A. There is no contact and no minimum. The license offers
renewable terms of one year. If you do not wish to continue the using the product, stop using it, and pay no more. We want customers, not hostages.
